Photography Contest
I won a photography contest for the Monroe County Arts Alliance. My photo imaged a salt and pepper shaker next to a lightly dimmed candle at sunset on a wooden table at Gallaghers restaurant. My photo won first place for the category Monroe County. My friends Gwenny and Lennon also won. Lennon won second place for both the categories People and Animals and Pets. Gwenny won third place for the category Monroe County.

Harley’s Adventure
ONCE UPON A TIME… There was a dog named Harley. Her owner was named Sophie. She was a lovely girl. Every day she would take Harley on a walk. One day on their walk there was a crying baby. The mom had no idea what to do but Harley did. Harley raced to the baby with Sophie behind her. Sophie was about to say bad dog but when she found out the dog was just trying to get the baby to stop crying she stopped. “Oh, thank you,” said the mom. “No problem,” said Sophie. “We really should get a dog,” said the mom. …THE END
